Anil is an engineering graduate from REC Trichy and MBA from XLRI Jamshedpur. He has been associated with Godrej group over eight years. Prior to joining Godrej he has served in companies like Philips India and ICI Paints.
A true leader and inquisitive to learn new things, Anil has handled various key positions in Godrej from Areas Sales Manager in Godrej Saralee to his current position of heading both Sales and operations portfolio for Godrej HiCare.
Jatin Brahmecha - VP Finance and Support Services

Jatin is CA by qualification and has completed his ICWA. He has been associated with Godrej group over five years. Prior to joining Godrej he has served companies like Mahindra and Mahindra and Fem Care.
An eye for detail and business perspective like an entrepreneur Jatin has moved across various key positions in Godrej group starting from Manager Finance in Godrej Saralee to his current position of heading finance and support services.
Shaminder Kochar - AVP Sales

Shaminder is post graduate in management with over 23 years of experience in direct selling. He has been with Godrej HiCare since January 2008.Prior to joining Godrej he has served in companies like Eureka Forbes, Ion Exchange, Maharaja international.
With his intellect to foresee things he was able to achieve the highest target ever that HiCare has seen in these years. Today he shares his success with Godrej Hi Care as Associate Vice President – Sales.

With B Sc honors and Masters in Human Resource Management Monal has been with Godrej HiCare since August 2008.Prior to joining Godrej HiCare she has served in UTI Asset Management Company, Tata Motors and Tata Motors Finance Ltd.
The latest entrant of the senior management team Monal has been pivotal in streamlining the HR function in alignment with the employee needs.

Mr. Naik is a post graduate in agriculture with degree in pest control from Perdue University USA.
Veteran in the field of Pest Management Services he has about thirty two years of experience.
He has been with the Godrej group for over six years. Prior to joining Godrej he has served in Pest Control of India (PCI).
Known as guru for his knowledge about industry, pests, and services Mr. Naik has been pivotal in imparting the technical knowledge to the employees of Godrej Hi Care who serve our customers.
Kiran Arun - DGM Marketing

Post Graduate in management Kiran has been with Godrej Hi Care since 2007.Prior to working with Godrej Hicare she has served J. K. Ansell Ltd., Bayer India, Accor Radhakrishna Corporate Services Pvt. Ltd. and Parle Agro Pvt. Ltd.
Kiran has been pivotal in bringing marketing to a new level in HiCare.
